📌 ERP Quest Update: Super User Training Begins
The next chapter of ERP Quest is underway as the Super Users enter the training grounds. From September 28 through October 9, this group will receive hands-on training in the final IFS solution, learning the tools and processes that will help guide Merrell Bros. into the next stage of the journey.
Once trained, these heroes will help test the solution, prepare teams, and support the road toward go-live. Their mission is simple but mighty: Train. Test. Prepare. Go Live. Each step brings us closer to a stronger, smarter, and more connected Merrell Bros.

The Whole Life Leadership Journey is for every Merrell Bros. team member, no matter your role or title. Guided by the teachings of The Way of the Shepherd, it is designed to help you grow as a leader and as a person by focusing on faith, character, stewardship, and life beyond the job. This journey is about becoming the best version of yourself, at work and at home.
Your Weekly Intentional Practice:
This week, do at least one thing that: is not expected of you, outside of your responsibility, or unlikely to be noticed.
Extra credit: Serve someone who can’t do anything for you in return.

🏆 Winner: Jean Merrell
This week’s Employee Photo Contest winner comes from Jean Merrell, who captured our Engineering Manager, Tom Mashino, hard at work in his natural habitat: somewhere behind a wall of monitors, with just enough of his face visible to confirm he’s still in there.
Anyone who watched Home Improvement may recognize the resemblance. Wilson had a fence. Tom has computer monitors. Walk past his office on any given day, and there’s a pretty good chance this is the view you’ll get.
Of course, there’s a reason for all those screens. Tom and our entire Engineering team spend their days solving problems, designing solutions, and doing a whole lot of important work behind the scenes to keep Merrell Bros. on the cutting edge.
So, a well-deserved shoutout to Tom and the Engineering team for the great work they continue to do.
And congratulations to Jean for recognizing that sometimes the best photo opportunities are hiding in plain sight. Or, in this case, just above the monitors. 😂📸

How It Works
- Submit your photos and videos each week.
- If we use your photo or video on social media, the website, or in any marketing materials, you earn MB Awards points — no limit on how many times you can earn.
- Multiple submissions = more chances to earn.
- Each week, we will announce our “Photo (or Video) of the Week” contest winner on social media and in the weekly update text.
- We may also highlight additional weekly honorable mentions, which will also earn MB Awards points if used in marketing materials (social media posts, website, signage, etc.).
- We’ll track participation and highlight Top Contributors on a running leaderboard, occasionally running competitions and giving you chances to earn even more!
What to Send
Any cool, interesting, fun, etc. pictures or videos from around the company. Here are a few ideas to get you started:
